Body Project started with a simple belief: your body is your greatest project. Not something to fix, but something to strengthen, support and reconnect with through movement.

After years of teaching women in studios, Olivia created Body Project to bring her method online and support more women wherever they are in the world. Blending pilates, strength training and mindful movement, the platform helps women feel stronger, move with confidence and feel more connected to their bodies.

Every class is designed to fit into real life. Whether you're squeezing in a quick session before the day begins or rolling out your mat after work, you'll find movement that fits seamlessly into real life.
